- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I filed my taxes here with Reyna. She was awesome, my rating for her customer service and helpfulness is a 4 star. My two star raring is for the other lady ( i forgot her name) but basically, i had to go back there a month after filing them because i needed them to help me file and send by fax to the irs and basically the lady just filled out the papers and gave them to me, not offering to fax then for me after i payed for their service a total of $175 dollars. I found this completely rude. Definitely, i won't be using their services ever again.By Cindi Muniz, September 07, 2017
